The homecare services industry is now choosing how they respond to the Covid-19 pandemic, and many are forced to follow suit. While continuing to follow updates and procedures from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), local authorities, the Home Care Association of America, and other agencies and resources, some are still left with a dilemma of how to shift their caregiving services to meet the current environment.
During these times of physical distancing, it is easy to feel disconnected from our loved ones, friends, and communities. “Stay at Home” orders protect all of us, but there’s no denying the emotional toll of the coronavirus pandemic.
With California’s “stay at home” orders officially in place for three weeks now, some of us might be feeling a bit cooped up. Currently, the most diligent approach we can take to the situation is to remain patient.
With “Stay at Home” orders in place in locations around the world, many individuals are experiencing the effects of social distancing. Some might find it easier than others to practice extreme limitations on socialization and activity.
The world at large is currently in the process of adjusting life’s daily operations. In an attempt to cut down on the spread of coronavirus, a lot is changing. Nearly all of us have taken heightened precautions of sterilization to cut down on the transfer or illness. Some countries, states, and local governments are calling on citizens to stay inside completely with as little social contact with others as possible.
As you are likely aware, there are several media reports about the growing concern about Coronavirus. Prevention is always a better option than waiting for a supposed cure and we would like to be proactive in our planning, to do our part to prevent whatever we can for our Clients.
To all of our friends, family, fellow Pasadena community members, and residents of California, as you know, we are currently experiencing a time of imminent risk to our well-being due the possible spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
